Happy November! I realize Halloween season is now over, but I wanted to share some elementary-friendly music backgrounds I found for my class this year. These were a BIG hit with my students!
Some of these videos are great for Halloween Day, while others will work for the season. I shared a quick overview and a link for each below...
Not really Halloween music, but some cute backgrounds my students loved and happy, soothing music. Perfect for the fall season!
This one is great for a "scarier" option (but not too scary!). The video features a crackling fireplace and thunderstorm sounds.
This video was our favorite!! It features different scenes from the Gryffindor Common Room set to the Harry Potter soundtrack...it's awesome!
Out of all the videos, this one has the scariest music. It is instrumental and kid-friendly...though you may want to preview it for a bit and make sure it's not too scary for your students. It's definitely more of an upper-elementary video.
This last video is a lot of fun but super short (only a couple of minutes whereas the others are much longer). It would be a good one to loop, so you can play it several times (perhaps as your students are entering for the day).
To loop, right-click on the video itself and select "loop" as shown below:
The background is a lot of fun, so it's definitely worth a couple of plays!
I hope these will be of help during your next Halloween season! Do you have any favorite playlists or videos you like use?
