Love it as always, Kristen! Here's another little shortcut you can try so you don't have to screen shot. Choose File > Save as Pictures. It makes a separate file on your desktop of all the slides. Then you just drag them into a new PP presentation. Easy peasy! =) Thanks for another great tutorial.

I would love to see how you had your docs within Google that were connected with your blog. It didn't look like the regular Google Docs.

Thank you so much for doing all of this!

The tutorial was very helpful. I use Publisher which seems to have a lot more steps in creating a preview graphic. I'd love to know more about the google storage in a future post. Have a Super Sunday!!

  17. Dear Ms Ladybug,

Kristen you have a wonderful blogspot! I have been following you for a while now via Google Reader Subscriptions. I'm not a teacher, just a mum living in Australia, with a husband and a nine year old son, in fourth grade. Now, although I wasn't best student at school and really didn't like school I have grown to love teachers so much! Why? Because I now communicate with them on a daily basis in some way, shape or form. I love to be involved in what my son learns, and I really wish I could go back to year four. Seriously! But how fortunate am I, with the progression of technology I now have this wonderful medium, the internet and the world of blogging to still learn so much. Let me say, you have a lot of fantastic tips and tricks for students and bloggers alike. So I want to thank you personally. "Thank you," now I hope that you have a mental imagine of me saying "Thank you" with so much oomph (hmmm, not sure if that is even a word, oh dear) and a great big happy smile. The work you do, that all teachers do, is a huge undertaking. A labour of LOVE. It's takes a really special kind of person to be a teacher. You are SPECIAL! And I have no idea how you have the time to teach and blog all the great stuff you share. Now, I just have one more thing to say, I was clicking here there and everywhere, as you do when you get on Blogger, and somehow found my way to Etsy. Oh, I saw the cutest ladybug graphics and thought of you immediately! So if you would like to go check out the link, here it is

I hope you will stop by and visit me 🙂 wishing you a delightful week ahead filled with love and God's blessings.

    Love, Kerrie (aka KC)

  19. Kristen, I thought I should let you know when I put your button on my blog, the HTML code didn't work.
